  1. Time - amount of time spent together
  2. Intensity - emotional intensity and the sense of closeness
  3. Trust - intimacy or mutual confiding
  4. Reciprocity - amount of reciprocal services

I am very proud of the relationships I have enjoyed in every position I've held, with peers and customers alike. But of more value to an organization is that I am intentional in those relationships, being aware of the beneficial advantage of leverage and the resulting translation in regards to business performance.
